Cordelio oversees a renewable power generation portfolio exceeding 1,000 MW. Canadian Cordelio Power aims to expand its partnership with US developer BrightNight. Cordelio will finance and later own the projects, while BrightNight leads developments. Their joint portfolio of 30 projects has over 18 GW of capacity across nine U.S. states. One example is the 300MW solar and storage project ‘Box Canyon’ in Pinal County, Arizona. Established in late 2020 with 4.5 GW of projects including energy storage, the partnership initially targeted a 50% growth.
