What‘s the focus of Nautilus Solar Energy?
Founded in 2006, Nautilus Solar Energy is a community solar company which provides green energy to customers in local communities. It is owned by alternative asset manager Power Sustainable, a subsidiary of the Power Corporation of Canada. Nautilus Solar Energy focuses on investing into community solar parks in the US. So far, the company operates and manages several solar farms in 10 different US states, including New York, California and Colorado.
Acquisition of 270MW US solar portfolio
Nautilus Solar Energy acquired a 270MW portfolio of US community solar projects from solar energy development platform ESA. Located throughout the Midwest, the early-stage projects will be co-developed by Nautilus together with ESA.
