Solar Installler in Poland

List of 3 large PV-Installers in Poland

Poland’s solar energy sector has been expanding at an exceptional pace. In 2024, the country added around 4 GW of new photovoltaic (PV) capacity—slightly below the 4.9 GW installed in 2023—bringing total capacity to roughly 21 GW by year-end and surpassing 22 GW in early 2025. The market, once dominated by small residential prosumer systems, is now transitioning toward commercial and utility-scale projects, supported by falling equipment costs, stable regulations, and improved grid access. Grid operator Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE) has announced a PLN 64 billion transmission-investment plan through 2034, including over 4,700 km of new 400-kV lines and a direct-current corridor, designed to integrate up to 45 GW of solar power alongside wind and nuclear capacity. This infrastructure expansion is set to underpin the next phase of large-scale PV deployment. Below, we highlight three leading Polish PV installers driving the country’s solar build-out through technical expertise and large project portfolios. We will explore their expertise, project portfolios, and what sets them apart. Our list is part of an exclusive overview of the largest PV installers in Europe and gives you the opportunity to find new partners for your projects.

1.  Rawicom S.A. – large-scale PV builder and general contractor

Rawicom S.A., headquartered in Łabiszyn, has been active in the renewable-energy sector since 2006 and now focuses exclusively on large-scale solar installations for businesses and agricultural clients. The company has built more than 2.5 GW of photovoltaic systems across Poland and Europe, supported by a workforce of over 600 installers and a fleet of 130 fully equipped vehicles. To date, Rawicom has completed 4,850 installations, including notable utility-scale farms such as the 13-MWp Dąbrówka Słupska, 10-MWp Olimpin, and 18.4-MWp Stein projects. Operating as a full EPC and general contractor, Rawicom provides end-to-end services—site identification, technical design, permitting, construction, and commissioning—delivering turnkey projects tailored to each client’s requirements. The company’s combination of scale, in-house engineering expertise, and regional reach positions it as one of Poland’s most experienced PV contractors.

2. Solartech – EPC contractor and energy-storage integrator

Solartech Sp. z o.o. is a leading Polish EPC contractor for renewable-energy projects, specializing in the design and construction of photovoltaic farms and battery-storage systems. With 15 years of experience, the company has completed over 100 projects totaling approximately 400 MW of installed capacity, including several large-scale PV farms in the 10–100-MW range. Solartech provides a complete range of EPC services—from design, engineering, procurement, and logistics to construction, commissioning, and long-term maintenance. Its engineering teams carry out advanced technical and economic feasibility studies and deliver projects that comply with the highest national and international standards. The firm also co-finances renewable-energy projects and supports land acquisition for future investments.

3. Reca Group Sp. z o.o. – manufacturer and EPC for PV mounting systems

Based in Szczecin, Reca Group (Reca Solar) combines manufacturing and EPC services for photovoltaic installations. Active for over eight years, the company has completed more than 750 projects with a total installed capacity of around 350 MW, serving over 150 clients across Poland, Germany, and Austria. Reca is a recognized producer of Reca RS structural systems for ground-mounted solar parks, designed for fast installation and high resistance to corrosion thanks to Magnelis® steel coatings. Alongside manufacturing, Reca Group executes both rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems, particularly for commercial and logistics facilities. The company’s engineering teams tailor each project to local geological, snow-load, and wind conditions, ensuring durability and long-term reliability. With a solid base of international experience and continuous investment in production technology, Reca Group has become one of Poland’s most trusted partners for large-scale PV infrastructure.
