Who is offering the job?

MOWEA is a spin-off of the Technical University of Berlin and has developed an innovative wind energy system – the modular wind energy system is built according to the Lego principle and thus enables demand-oriented, efficient and cost-effective energy generation.

What are you doing as a working student in Mechanical Engineering/Supply Chain Management at MOWEA?

In this position you are responsible for three main tasks: Quality management/CE certification, Real Estate Projects (creating CAD drawings, generel break cutting cost optimitation of the product etc.), and Product management/optimization. In addition to these tasks you are also supporting the Business Development Team, you prepare product reports and develop new support models.  

Which skills are required?

Besides good knowledge of German and English, you have a general understanding of mechanical systems. Experience in the field of renewable energies, especiall wind turbines, as well as experience in quality management, in operations, in product development & procurement is a plus. You have general knowledge in Matlab, Solidworks as well as Basic knowledge in Python in addition to MS-Office skills.
