Who is offering the job?

MOWEA is a spin-off of the Technical University of Berlin and has developed an innovative wind energy system – the modular wind energy system is built according to the Lego principle and thus enables demand-oriented, efficient and cost-effective energy generation.

What are you doing as a working student in IT Infrastructure at MOWEA?

As a working student in this position you will manage servers, install / configure the applications, set up backups and optimize the applications. Among other interesting tasks you will also be responsible for the administration, integration and management of the applications in cooperation with the responsible people – this responsibility includes, for example system testing & deployment, installation of Hardware and Software or the organization of data security and data backup measures.

Which skills are required?

Besides good knowledge of German and English, you have SQL-language skills and ideally knowledge of Linux and Windows, including server environment. While having first experience in scripting and programming is important, having worked as an administrator or having basic experiences with Atlassian Tools is a big plus. Moreover you are a team player, have good organizational skills and the ability to work conceptually.
