Working with PPAs?

Better Energy was founded to drive a sustainable future and develop projects to the highest standards with regard to biodiversity. They aim to be key drivers of the green transition through their low-cost PPA agreements and subsidy-free green energy. The Danish solar developer has undergone rapid growth with a pipeline of over 6GW solar projects.
In February 2022, Better Energy confirmed their partnership with Industriens Pension to develop 300MW of solar energy in Poland. This deal represents an advancement in a previous deal completed by the solar developer and pension fund, with the deal likely to exceed €670m. The planned solar parks are either ready to build or expected to be finalised by the end of 2022. Poland is an attractive location for potential solar development due to the country’s high reliance on fossil fuels, with over 70% of their energy being generated from coal. The 300MW solar farm represents the large-scale project Better Energy is planning in Poland, with a pipeline of over 1GW to be completed in the coming years.
The Danish solar developer Better Energy entered into a partnership with Finnish solar developer Forus. The partnership aims to install solar power with a capacity of over 1000 MW.
