Madrid-based renewable energy developer EDP Renovaveis SA signed a power purchase agreement with the American consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble for the output of a 109MW solar portfolio. Located in the region of Lazio in Italy, the portfolio comprises two photovoltaic parks. EDP Renovaveis expects the solar parks to be operational before the end of 2023.
EDP Renovaveis SA has won a 20 year contract-for-difference (CfD) for 100 MW of wind power in an auction in Italy. The CfDs concern three onshore wind projects located in the south of the country. The three wind parks are expected to become operational by 2026.
