The Tallinn-based company is a subsidiary of the Eesti Energia group which is owned by the state of Estonia. When it comes to the company’s focus, Enefit Green AS owns onshore and offshore wind and solar parks, CHP plants and a hydroelectric power plant.
Estonia-based renewable energy developer Enefit Green will purchase the Tootsi wind farm which is located in Estonia. Acquired from Eesti Energia for €27 million, the wind farm has a planned capacity of 74MW and is ready to start construction. The company expects the wind farm to be operational by the end of 2024.
Estonian renewable energy developer Enefit Green AS will acquire two solar projects in Parnu County, Estonia. The two projects are in early-stage development and will have a combined capacity of up to 165MW. Enefit Green AS will make the two projects a part of its long-term development portfolio aiming to reach a final investment decision in 2024.
