Acquisition of geothermal and solar assets in the US
Ormat Technologies has acquired a diverse portfolio of geothermal and solar assets from Enel Green Power. It comprises two operational geothermal power plants, a triple hybrid facility combining geothermal, solar PV, and solar thermal capabilities. Additionally, the portfolio includes two solar assets with a cumulative capacity of 40 MW. The projects are situated in Nevada, Utah, Connecticut, and California.
