What’s the focus of RIC Energy Group?

Established in 2005, Madrid-based RIC Energy Group focuses on utility-scale development of solar, hydrogen and energy storage projects. The firm not only develops projects in Spain, but also in the US, Africa and India.

Solar energy pioneers with an international reach

Founded in 2005, RIC Energy Group were ahead of their time with the development of solar PV projects in Spain. Their expansion has now reach all four continents with projects in Spain, USA, Uganda and Asia. The 2018 Uganda solar energy plant represents the largest solar energy project in Africa at that time. Their largest project is close to their Madrid headquarters, currently supplying over 4000MWp of solar energy. RIC Energy not only focus on solar projects, they have also invested in renewable hydrogen projects in Spain. Due to their vast experience in the field of renewable energy, they also offer consulting services aimed to reduce companies’ environmental footprint.
