What’s the focus of Ridge Clean Energy?

Based in Charlbury in the UK, Ridge Clean Energy is a company focused on developing renewable energy projects that benefit local communities. Established in 2019, it builds on the team's prior experience from 2003 to 2014 under RidgeWind. The company is also associated with Ridge Carbon Capture, a firm dedicated to nature-based restoration projects in the UK. Solar and battery storage project in Cambridgeshire, England

UK-based developer Ridge Clean Energy (RCE) obtained planning approval to construct the 50MW Six Oaks Renewable Energy Park. Located in Cambridgeshire, England, Six Oaks will integrate solar generation with battery storage. The renewable energy that will be provided is equivalent to powering about 10,700 households. This initiative is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by around 9430 tonnes annually. The project is part of Ridge Clean Energy's portfolio of ten renewable energy parks currently under development, featuring various renewable energy technologies such as onshore wind, solar, and BESS.
