Acquisition of Brazil hydropower plant
VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities plc acquired the 198MW Mascarenhas Hydro Electric Facility from Brazil electric utility company EDP Energias do Brasil for €130 million. Located in Espírito Santo, Brazil, the hydropower plant has been operational since 1974 and is estimated to remain useful for the next 45 years.
