What’s the focus of renewables developer Bright Night power?

Bright Night Power is a renewable energy project developer focusing on solar energy projects in North America, Chile and Asia Pacific. BrightNight specialises in developing dispatchable renewable projects. BrightNight developed and operated over 20 GW of energy assets globally. Based in El Dorado Hills, CA, BrightNight is privately held and independently owned.

Joint partnership for development of renewables US projects

Canadian Cordelio Power aims to expand its partnership with BrightNight. Their joint portfolio of 30 projects has over 18 GW of capacity across nine U.S. states. One example is the 300MW solar and storage project ‘Box Canyon’ in Pinal County, Arizona. Toronto-based Cordelio Power will finance and own the projects, while BrightNight will lead the developments. Established in late 2020 with 4.5 GW of projects including energy storage, the partnership initially targeted a 50% growth.
