Founded in 2010, Germany-based Clearvise AG is an independent electricity producer from renewable energies with a diverse portfolio. Moreover, it acts as an investment company that is active in the renewable energy field. Headquartered in Wiesbaden, the investment focus of the renewable energy company lies in the acquisition of shares in European wind farms.
The renewable energy investor's portfolio includes over 70 wind farms located in Germany, Ireland, Finland and France, several solar parks in Germany as well as a biogas plant in four countries, with a combined installed capacity of about 303 MWs. The company cooperates with the renewable energy developer ABO Wind AG, which develops the wind energy installations.
The German renewable energy investor Clearvise AG announced that it will acquire a wind farm in Germany after the 18.6MW project got the permission for construction. The renewable energy developer ABO Wind, which cooperates with Clearvise AG, will plan and construct the Weilrod 2 wind park and take over the operational management of three turbines. The company plans for commissioning to start in 2025.
Wiesbaden-based Clearvise AG acquired a majority interest in a 33MW ready-to-build solar project in France from the developers LNF Solar Development GmbH and Frank Menschel. Clearvise and the project developers will set up a joint independent power producer company that will install and operate the solar park. Located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the park is expected to become operational in the beginning of 2024. Additionally, Clearvise signed an agreement regarding the developers’ 100MW development pipeline, for which they plan to apply the same blueprint to implement the schemes.
