The UK investor manages £7.2 billion of assets on behalf of institutions, charities, family offices, endowments, and private individuals.
Irish asset manager Gresham House acquired construction-ready solar and battery energy storage projects in the UK from Canadian Solar. The projects comprise a 50MWp solar and 38MW battery energy storage project in Durham and a 28MWp solar project in Warwickshire.
London-based asset management firm Gresham House purchased a 20MW solar farm in Devon from Anesco. The investment was made as part of a partnership that is worth over £100 million. Construction on the solar site will start in 2023 and is expected to be completed in 34 weeks.
