List of 10 PPA renewable energy developers in Europe
PPA stands for the abbreviation of “Power Purchase Agreement”. This describes a contract between two parties. While one party, taking the role of the buyer, sells generated energy, the other party is interested in buying it. In this context, the PPA sets out all the commercial terms for the sale of power between the two parties. This includes when the project will begin, different commercial operation, the schedule for power delivery, penalties for non-delivery, payment terms, and termination. At present, there are many forms of PPAs, which vary according to the needs of the buyer, seller, and financing partner. There are many renewable developers offering PPAs in Europe.
